Meditation Classes using kinesiology
Using kinesiology techniques you will learn:
- A system to use to make meditation more efficient and productive
- Ways to deepen meditation and achieve greater focus and clarity

Techniques to de-stress the brain easily and effectively at home
or in the office
Make the time for yourself

more relaxed, centred, calm and focused
Meditation classes are 1 hour in duration for 6 week terms.
Lunchtime and Evening classes available.
Maximum of 15 people per class.
