This year the Winter Solstice is at 6.50am aest Wednesday June 21, 2024. The Winter Solstice ( June 17-22) allows us to look deeply within, to clear out the past year, release the resistance to change, to Celebrate the Fire within and focus on what is needing attention before it can grow and blossom in the Spring.
Pre-requisite: Being a client of Deb’s is the only pre-requisite for this class. A Clinic session with Deb takes all the mumbo jumbo and “woo woo” out of this workshop to show you we are just as much spiritual as we are mental, emotional and physical beings.
This Special Event includes meditation, insight and a process to make the most of the season. I look forward to assisting you to enjoy the benefits of your new learnings and to find the new, better ways of living your life.
