Hi, It’s Deb Here…

Quote for the Week

“Do not lose hold of your dreams or aspirations. For if you do, you may still exist but you have ceased to live.”

Henry David Thoreau

Hi, It’s Deb Here…

I am just back after an amazing visit and catch-up with Clients and Friends in Brisbane. The Annual Queensland trip is a great joy in my calendar and is always insightful, taking my commitment to my path and my passion for what I do to a whole new level. It is something for which I am deeply grateful.

As many of you know one of my many passions are the roadtrips I share with my favourite adventurer through Life as we comb the back roads and country towns of Australia connecting with the locals. This trip we followed the coast road from Redcliffe …the 1st Aussie home of Mel Gibson (he’s in the Hall of Fame – an arcade) along with local gal and journo Tracy Spicer and one of Australia’s most prominent golfer’s Norman Von Nida, and dozens of others.

Redcliffe is certainly beautiful. It inspired the Bee Gees who made it their home on arrival to Australia. The Bee Gees Walk in the centre of town fills the air with Bee Gees tunes while sharing their story- their trials, triumphs, loves and motivators… Wow! Talk about success coming from following your passion! Such a joy… and inspiring some unexpected dance moves on my part. An inspired start to the road trip.

So, there I was radiating with Happiness after a WonderFULL visit with clients and catchup with friends in Brisbane and a BeautiFULL, RestFULL, InsightFULL and SoulFULL roadtrip Home, I am very grateful.

Make no mistake. This is the Life I designed.

From 11 years of age I was looking for meaning and purpose in Life. Things that inspired me, ways to make a positive difference to those around me – whether making someone a cup of tea and inviting them to a chat, to writing letters, making cards and sending them to anyone needing a lift-  family, friends and children I’d never met at the local hospital. I learnt that the small things can make a big difference.

So seeking work that fulfilled me was important. Doing work in the world that made a difference to others was something I never thought about. It was something I expected.

When I found myself in a role that was unfulfilling ‘to pay the bills’ I consciously looked for the opportunity to make a difference to others within the role and other parts of my life knowing that I was moving toward my bigger vision.

When I found kinesiology my whole world opened up. It took another 9 years to find Neuro-training,  the type of kinesiology I love working with – because it makes a profound difference to the lives of my clients. Their lives and mine expanded from living my life with passion.

In fact I love what I do even more than when I started, get more excited about how amazing people are, and by clearing out their defences and stress they connect to their positive choices and solutions….so they can live the life that is meaningful to them. Wow! What a life! Living Life Passionately brings profound Joy.

For some their work is something they do to allow them time and energy to find and live their passion elsewhere…they have a message to share with the world by LIVING it. Family life, Community Involvement, creating or actively supporting a Charity, writing and performing, adventuring….as passions they are filling life with love, commitment to self and their message and that is a part of their Purpose.

Some fight for the injustices of the world to be righted. Others apply their skills and abilities to other parts of their life because it raises them up and gives their life meaning.

It’s something only You can do for yourself. That’s why it becomes your passion, your purpose. It’s meaningful to you.

Cinema, art, music and literature is filled with stories of people living their life with meaning…some struggle with it, others have found the challenge within it and let it feed them. It fills them up. Fulfills them.

There are so many ways to live life passionately…living a life You love. Committing to yourself and what gives your life meaning. Your purpose. A life that is unique to you.

I noticed that living with love, commitment and purpose in parts of my life attracted, opened up and revealed ways to live life passionately in other parts of my life.

Living life passionately became a lifestyle for me. The process is ongoing, inspiring and surprising. It keeps me curious. I created a life that fills me up. And each step along the way wanted others to be living a life that fulfilled them. So the Living Life Passionately workshop was created 11 years ago to do just that.

When was the last time You felt FULL?

Rather than the ‘stuffed like a goose’ at Christmas, I mean the content, peaceful feeling that comes with radiating Happiness and a deep sense of Knowing that everything is happening at the right time and the right place. The sense of Being at One with Life?

Can you remember a time like that? What were you doing? Who with? What gave you that sense of Fulfillment?

Then that is a part of your Life Purpose….make it a part of your Life now.

Never experienced this? Then it is time You did.

Why is It Important?

Have you ever wondered why you were born? What you are here for? What purpose your life serves? What is the meaning of your life?

These questions are the reason it’s important for You to find the answers…only some people ask those questions. And you just did. You do. That means finding the meaning in you life IS important to you.

I have often joked that most people would love for Archangel Michael to appear out of the ether to tell them why they were born. That was part of the popularity of the sorting hat in Harry Potter books…being told who you are at your core.

What I know for sure is that those answers can be found within you, by You.

I have spent 20 years enthralled by the kinesiology process as it helps clients release their stress and defences to reveal their True Nature , who they are in their Heart of Hearts and get them back on track to living a Life that is meaningful – to them.

And during the last 11 years the Living Life Passionately workshop has helped hundreds to find this within themselves…. And then to LIVE it.

Most often Purpose is misperceived to be one singular focus…we can have many Purposes. It’s up to us to find and develop them so we can be fulfilled…filled up.

It’s no secret that I LOVE my Life work and that I LOVE to share the benefits with You.

My passion is that each of You, if you so want it, be doing what You love every moment of the day, doing what fills you up, gives you meaning and adds purpose to your life….helping You to Thrive.

Anytime you are questioning your Life and saying you want MORE or BETTER it is important to remember, before you doubt yourself, that it IS possible.

And that I can help you do it, because I have done this for myself. And helped 100’s of others find their unique solutions to get on track and create MORE and BETTER in their Lives.

And when clients wanted MORE to add to their sessions I created workshops to expand, extend and lift up each participant to create and live the Life they imagined- and SO much more.

If you are serious about creating REAL change in your life THIS is the time to do it.

Don’t know what you want? You’ll find it.

Do know what you want and stuck? You’ll get back on track and into the Flow and THRIVE.

I know….From the results, feedback and stories I have received from the hundreds of Grads over the last 10 years, who are now LIVING IT…that Living Life Passionately IS an amazing workshop – IF You are ready to create REAL and profound change in your life AND willing and open to learn and think about your life differently.

It would be great to see you here on Saturday March 5th at Day 1 of the Living Life Passionately workshop.

Keep reading…you’ll find just a few of the stories from Grads and a dose of Inspiration too!

Wishing you the best in Life always,

Deb
