Creating Positive Change Easily
We know the way you think affects the way you feel which affects your physical health, symptoms and energy.
So now is a good time to let go of what you no longer need, including old grudges, hurts, emotional wounds, habits, thoughts and ‘stuff ‘ that stops you from moving forward, into the Celebration season and the New Year.
Change can be a major stress especially when we experience a time of great change. To some people Change feels like the end of the world. The end of a relationship, loss of a loved one, being sacked/retrenched.
All endings require we adapt and change to make room for the NEW life waiting for us.
Andrew Verity, creator of Neuro-Training (the kinesiology I love working with) says that “Stress can be defined as the moment of change to the moment of adaption”. That adaption can occur in a nano-second, take years, decades or a lifetime. It’s up to you.
It also depends on your level of Resistance to Change and your available energy to create Positive Change. That’s why every session you have here we work on decreasing resistance to change and increasing your available energy.
Then you can adapt to change and step into the life you are meant to be living more easily, to see opportunities you would never have previously considered.
Life is a matter of focus. What you focus on grows. In times of change if you focus on fear you attract more fear, you contract, curl up in a ball, think everyone is your enemy and expect the worst- and attract it.
If you focus on Choice you are open to opportunities, you expand, you open your arms, chest/ heart and you expect the best and are inclusive of others, have generosity of spirit.
And you attract Positive Change… change that is positive and in support of you and your goals, in the highest good of all.
The Universal energies over the last few years have given us the opportunities to heal more easily and quickly, to Let Go of the old burdens, wounds, scars, habits, ways of thinking and doing life that were stopping us from Being our True Self.
So we can be who we truly are in our heart of hearts and true nature – a BEing full of love.
And when you are being your true self what do you attract? Love that is True, living a life you love, doing what you love. A truly inspired Life.
We are living in a New Age. Think of Ice Age, the animated movie. The characters were looking for their new home, a better place to live, because their old life was literally crumbling beneath them as the earth warmed up and the ice melted. If they didn’t adapt and make the change necessary to the New Age they were stuck and left behind in what became the end of an age.
Of recent times, major institutions whose authority was previously unquestioned are now being held accountable, governments and ‘respected’ financial institutions have crumbled and reorganised; the globalmedia is in question for their ways of reporting ‘truth’ and the methods used to gather and deliver it demand accountability and authenticity. Most Churches, other organisations of profound influence, are being called to account for their actions.
The old fear based ways of communicating and living someone else’s truth or attempting to live up to others expectations of you no longer work and are falling away.
This makes room for you to BE your True Self and live from a loving, expanding, transformative space…the Life You are Meant to Be Living.

My passion in health lead me to create Star Anise Organic Wholefoods- a small business through which I conduct personal nutritional consultations and cooking classes as well as making a range of nutrient-dense traditional wholefoods (including activated nuts, chicken liver pate, sauerkraut, bone broth, date coconut balls, power bars, raw dark maple-sweetened chocolate, kombucha and beet kvass). I turned to traditional wholefoods out of desperation to improve my ailing health after many years on a macrobiotic vegetarian diet.
I love crafting simple, delicious and nutritious recipes and sharing what I know so others can benefit as much as I and my family have.
