It’s Time to Celebrate! It’s the Summer Solstice!

What You Focus on Grows

Give yourself a quiet moment each day to sit in Nature and breathe. Focus on your breath. Reset your brain from the busy, busy and just notice. Notice your surrounds…the smells, sounds, beauty. Notice how you feel in your body. Notice what you are thinking. Call Stop! to the negative and limiting. Choose your next thought with love and care. Then get clear on what you want before the end of the day and how it will feel when you get there. Give yourself a hug for caring about you. And look for the Hope ( seriously. Look for the Hope in the image) What You Focus on Grows. EnJOY!

Making Your Life Easier

Our brains are hardwired to the ancient traditions based on the seasons and cycles of nature. Throughout the year I highlight each Equinox (balance of day and night) and Solstice (longest/ shortest day/ night) to assist you to make choices and changes in your life more easily.

It’s Time to Celebrate!

WELCOME to the Summer Solstice- it starts TODAY! As the longest day and shortest night of the year it occurs each year from December 18 -22 in the Southern Hemisphere.

The Summer Solstice is the time of celebration of the harvest… the fruit of the bulbs planted deep in winter and the seeds sown in spring are NOW ripe for picking.

It is the time of CELEBRATING the harvest, reaping the rewards for your hard work throughout the year, time to dance, sing and relax in the warmth of the sun.

In the Northern hemisphere for my valued clients and friends in LA, Singapore, London, NY, Chicago, Florence, Paris and Zurich, it’s time to enjoy the warmth of the hearth and to listen to your inner voice. It’s the time of the Winter Solstice (the longest night and shortest day), the time to go within. You can expect  a Winter Solstice exercise in your Inbox soon!

So THIS Summer Solstice, be willing to let go of what no longer works for you including negative thoughts, emotional patterns, habits, relationships and limiting beliefs about yourself. Anything that is blocking you from Living the Life You are Meant to so that you can fully enJOY the Celebrations knowing you have planted the seeds for a long harvest.

Remember, the Summer Solstice is the time to enJOY the fruits of all the work you have put into creating a Passionate and Spirited Life, to celebrate the release of your old thoughts and habits and to celebrate moving toward Living the Life You are Meant to!

Here’s one way to do that:

1. Take a piece of paper and look back over the last year…. how far have you come? What were you thinking/ behaving/ saying this time last year that has since changed? What new learning have you gained? What unsupportive habits have you let go of? What NEW habits and supportive ways of living life have you adopted?

2. You could write a list, draw pictures, create a Wall of Celebration.

3. Headhold and breathe and notice where you feel the sense of Celebration in your body.

4. Place your hands over that space and breathe it in. Intensify it. What colour comes to mind when you do it? Breathe it in.

5. What sense comes with it? Joy, harmony, fulfillment, calm, knowing. Breathe that in too!

6. Now Self Hug and Celebrate!

Moving forward:

Notice your transformations, choices and be witness to your wonderful processes over the coming year. Celebrate them as they happen! Record them to review and celebrate them this time next year.

Watch with growing love and respect for yourself as you honour the light that is within you and realize your truth. Celebrate with a BIG Self Hug each time you do this!

Now, enJoy Your Summer Solstice- and Celebrate!

Sending You loving and laughter-filled Holydays and New Year, where ever and with whomever you CHOOSE to spend your time.

MORE Reasons To Celebrate!

It fascinates me that this time of year is a time of Celebration or holy time for many faiths. While Christians celebrate Christmas as the birth of Jesus Christ, those of the Jewish faith celebrate Hanukkah or “Festival of Lights”, Buddhists celebrate Bodhi Day – the day Buddha is believed to have achieved enlightenment, Muslims celebrate the holy Id al-Adha, the Feast of Sacrifice, immediately following the Hajj, pilgrimage to Mecca, and the Wiccans celebrate Yule, which is where the term Yuletide comes from.

This influx of spiritual energy is remarkable. I find it extraordinary that beliefs and spiritual practices across the globe can all be celebrating within the same month, long before Outlook Calendar, Meeting Planners or Event Coordinators. It shows, to me, one of the highest of spiritual truths, beyond doctrine and creed. This passion ( love, commitment and purpose)  shows us the presence of Spirit…when in the highest sense, long before the worldwide web, Microsoft and Apple (yes there was a time) when Oneness speaks, we truly are connected to each other.

I am reminded everyday. Change is a miracle in itself. I am an agent of positive change assisting you to LIVE the Life You are Meant to more easily and in support of you and your goals. It’s why I call my clients the bravest people I know – to let go of the old habits and beliefs no longer working for you and create a better, easier life takes bravery. Thank You for choosing me to assist you along your path. It truly is a gift.

In Personal Consultations I have been thrilled to see so many of you wanting to shift your focus from the “dramas” that can play out at this time  to creating loving, positive and fun festivities! AND then keen to start your vacation fresh, getting a head start on the New Year by completing this year and creating a vision for 2017 so you can be LIVING the Life that is meaningful to You.  Bravo!

All have been noticing massive energy and pull to get things done. As well as the ‘silly season’ and the energy of the Summer Solstice we are also experiencing the end of a 9 year cycle. So whatever isn’t completed and released can follow you through the next 9 year cycle. The full moon this week intensified this.

We can clean up 2016 so you can start fresh in 2017. This is especially important at the end of a 9 year cycle. If you can’t make it in to do this in your Personal Consultation, here is a process to help…it is also a good prep you for the Solstice exercise.

So write a list of what you have accomplished this year. Then a list of what you need to complete before the end of this year. And get to work. Or you may carry it for the next 9 yrs. Let me know if you have any questions.

Be kind, and True to You.

EnJOY!
